Security Measures

Automated vulnerability scanning tools are run prio each release and the production system is under continuos monitoring by IDS (Intrusion Detection Systems). Employees with data access receive annual training in data security and handling practices.

Platform-Specific Compliance

We operate on various platforms, including Amazon, eBay, Kaufland, and others. Each platform may have specific data protection requirements, and we ensure that we comply with each one while maintaining our general privacy principles. See the addendums below for platform-specific policies.

Amazon Addendum

In compliance with Amazon's Data Protection Requirements for developers:

  • Data Retention: Personal data, including customer information from Amazon, will only be retained for 30 days after the order has been fulfilled.
  • Data Use: Amazon customer data will only be used for order processing and fulfillment. It will not be used for marketing or other unsolicited activities.
  • Data Security: All Amazon-related personal data is encrypted and stored in secure servers. Access is restricted to authorized and trained personnel involved in order fulfillment. All technical measures required to lower the risk of data breaches are implemented in compliance with Amazon requirements.
  • Access Control: We ensure that data access is role-based and limited to necessary personnel. Access logs are monitored and reviewed regularly to prevent unauthorized access.
  • OAuth Compliance: For integration with Amazon's SP-API, we use OAuth 2.0 to authenticate and authorize access to customer data securely.
  • Data Deletion: Upon request or once retention periods expire, personal data will be securely deleted in compliance with Amazon’s policy.

Your Rights

You have the right to:

  • Request access to your personal data.
  • Request correction or deletion of your personal data.
  • Withdraw consent to the processing of your data at any time.
